I have only been with them for one month however I can safely say their service are superb Response time, Rate: 8,5 of 10 Average 5-10 min responsetime however when it's GMT 04.00 AM - 11.00 AM i sometimes get a reply after 3 hours, however that's is the timeframe they advertised so I don't have anything against that. Though you can raise an emergency ticket which I never did during 04.00-11.00 am. Otherwise when its after 11.00 am and before 03.00 AM I always get very fast replies and have my tickets solved within an hour. Escalation, Rate: 7 of 10 When there is tickets where it cannot be resolved within the hour, the staff sometimes tell me the issue cannot be pinpointed therefor my tickets get closed. Im not quite happy but understandable. But I would be happier if they cannot find the issue, instead of closing the ticket, ask the customer from what this point they should do now. For example I once had database corruption with unusual behaviour where one table got corrupted and when it once got fixed another new table gets corrupted. Like an endless chain. As they didnt see anyway how to fix it they asked me to contact vbulletin instead when vb said that has nothing to do with it. I notified webbycart staff and reinstalled mysql and everything went fine. Despite this Im still pleased with webbycart service as the other tickets that I raised got many of those escalated tickets all resolved except 1 but that one is impossible to fix. Resolved requests, Rate: 10 of 10 They are always within the timeframe and they fulfill my requests always in timely manner. I can rest assure that whatever my request is based on I can expect them to fulfill it in no time Reliability, Rate: 9 of 10 As I mention already all of my 45 tickets(except one)got resolved and I can easily rely my trust on webbycart with great ease as I know they are fully capable of what they are doing and with professional manners. They just dont install any third party the customer request if it compromise the server so they advice me not to. That im grateful that they care for the customers server. To start I will state that I have only been with them a short time, but in that time they have done way more then they should have for the price I paid. I will break it down for anyone who is considering Webbycart services: Service - 9/10: The service is great, as mentioned I have only been with them a short time but in that time I have submitted a few tickets as well as have them handle a server move for one of our client servers. The move went very smoothly and they kept me updated with all the information I requested. Communication - 8/10: They have responded to all my tickets and questions in very good time, way under the times they quote on their website. The only draw back being that sometimes I have to explain what I am asking a little better then usual. Price - 10/10: My usual opinion is that you get what you pay for. In this case I am getting way more. For the $35 (or less) per month fee they seem more then happy to go out of their way to sort out any issues. Conclusion - Solid 9/10: I am not the easiest person to work with, given I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to servers anyway and I am one of them people that needs to be involved and kept updated. They have replied to all my questions and always been polite. The price and the service is more then can be expected and I would definitely recommend anyone to use this service if needed. Advice: The only pre-advice I can offer is that they are more happy to deal through ticket then through livechat, which is fair enough as they say it is to keep track of what has been discussed. Also it helps to be very detailed and specific about what you are asking or requesting, as it makes communication a lot easier. The account was adjusted accordingly with the previous accounts payment and the new term of the new setup, we were pro-rated for the better half of the payment that was not due for our previous systems and account - that was a benefit to us indeed. Regardless of the new setup, I had talked with Roberta and Bobby over their ticketing system and I must admit that there response times are amazing. In every accord my tickets have always been answered in a matter of under 10 minutes. We needed thousands of cpanel accounts migrated to new servers. I filled out the quote form and within an hour they had set me up with an account and invoiced me. I paid it shortly afterwards and included all the details and the migrations started before I even knew it, very fast service. The new server had some problems with Apache crashing, 100% my fault (module configuration errors). They emailed me to notify me of the problem, then emailed me 30 minutes later saying they had fixed it themselves and migration was resuming. I slept through the whole thing and when I woke up everything was running smoothly. Needless to say I was very pleased. These guys tend to be a bit taken for granted by me to some extent, so I thought it was about time I gave them a mention. I use only use quality providers for VPS's like KnownHost and FutureHosting......consequently I need the quality of service for backups that would be on a par with companies of that stature. I have around 400 clients to backup from different locations, so it's always been critically important that there are no weak links in the chain. So when I was looking round for a backup provider 15 months ago, I did a lot of research.....eventually going with Webbycart. And since that time, Webbycart have been there in the background TOTALLY handling everything for me. They have to, I'm not a sysadmin......I'm a web designer, and I'll openly admit I'm as clueless on a server as anyone could possibly be. KnownHost and FutureHosting have to give me 100% handholding in their respective areas.....and they do it brilliantly. And the same applies to Webbycart in their field......because make no mistake, these guys really know what they're doing, and are as quick in action and resolution as my two VPS providers. Example was yesterday morning I put in a ticket to get them to set up an additional Cron on a weekly basis from one of my VPS's. The time for them must have been around 2AM......and I got a THREE minute response and SEVEN minute completion from Tish. All I can say is that in their field of expertise they're as slick, proficient, and reliable as KnownHost are in theirs. And if you know anything about the industry then that's high praise indeed. So thanks to Bobby and all the team.....sorry it took 15 months to get round to this, but I tend to forget about you guys because everything just works......all the time.
